How long do I have access to my course?

Course access is two years from the date of purchase.  You can review any of the videos and other course materials although you cannot download the course. You get all updates and bonus materials that are released during that time.

How do I change my password?

Inside of your account, go to the person icon on the upper right and click to find a drop down menu. Choose settings and scroll down the page to Password. There you can change your password.

How do I contact customer service?

Do you offer 1:1 consultations?

Yes, I have limited availability. Please see www.jenraystudio.com/mentorship.

Do I need to know how to draw for your courses?

No, unless the course description specifically says, "drawing skills required."

What is your refund policy?

Please check the course page for the refund policy.

For Color Mastery, we offer a 100% refund within 14 days of your purchase if you have completed the course and workbook and are still not satisfied.

For Art Portfolio + Blueprint we offer a 7 day 100% refund policy. However, we encourage you to read the program page and email us with any questions prior to signing up.
