As founder of Jen Ray Studio, I transform artists' creative journeys through education and personalized mentorship. I am also a working artist crafting botanical works in multiple mediums - from intricate graphite drawings to vibrant watercolors, bold acrylics, and contemporary embroidery pieces.

My unique approach to mentoring blends extensive fine arts training, including studies in Florence, Italy, with expertise in psychology and a proven track record in the business world. After working in fashion marketing and surface pattern design, I built a multi-million dollar corporate branding agency in Silicon Valley, partnering with industry giants like Apple, Microsoft, and Cisco.

For nearly a decade, I've guided hundreds of artists in elevating their portfolios from promising to exceptional, drawing on my comprehensive background in fine and decorative arts. For several years I assisted young artists to secure spots at the nation's top art schools including RISD, UCLA, School of Visual Arts, Art Center and Brown University. My greatest joy lies in bridging the gap between traditional art school and modern ways of empowering creators to realize their full potential.
